A convenient, clean gym close to my home. Nautilus Plus has group classes, all the fitness machines you could hope for, and very nice facilities overall. They have long hours too and a very attentive staff.
The only downside is the price. True training regimes are routinely in the $ 150 every two weeks range, which I find very high, but they seem to deliver results. If the price were just a bit more reasonable, I would give them five stars.
All in all a great little gym that is part of a Quebec-​wide network. Loving it so far!
