Avoid. Disorganized disaster.
Anyone who comes by looking to know where we had our work done gets this business name as one to specifically avoid. I’ve never had such a customer service disaster as I have with this place. Who else would I recommend?
ANYONE else!
If possible, this would be my worst rated review ever.
I hope you see this because someone has the habit of clicking on ‘not helpful’ in an effort to hide the reviews.

UPDATE: In our condo the property management comes by annually to clean the dryer vents. They couldn’t find them! We had asked during construction Closets By Design to leave the backing off where the vents were but I discover that they covered up the backs. Can’t I lower my review even more?

We dealt with this company to have a wall unit and shelves built. Installers arrived to begin job. Midway through they realized that the measurements made by the sales team were completely wrong. We gave them more time to rectify (one month). The installers arrived again and long and behold the measurements were off again!
After contacting them direct they took no accountability for the errors. The staff was extremely unprofessional and short with us. After further research of the company and reading reviews by other customers, the general consensus was the same.
They are a lousy company and have zero customer service!
Avoid this company at all cost!,
