Tim Hortons

Sad to say this BUT, I have had several rude employees (young girls) in the window, whom give me and my husband attitude, Anytime I would ask a question about a product to purchase through the drive through, they were rude and short with us. Usually the morning crew are the rude ones.
NOTE TO YOUR OWNER… YOU SHOULD LOOK AT THE WAY YOUR EMPLOYEES TALK TO AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! MAYBE SET UP A SPY CAM. I will be bypassing your Tim’s because of this. If I were you I would look at staffing the window with some customer service background people.

Although I’m new to the area, I was very happy to see this Timmies just a stones throw away from my house, and well situated on my way headed out to just about anywhere in town.
Its also situated near a small grocery store which, although keeping rather inconvenient hours (its never been open when i needed anything there!), should be convenient for those of us that need both a caffeinated pick-​me-​up and a few last minute grocery essentials before having to face the horrors that are domesticated bliss on the way home from work.
When I dropped by the other morning at 5am, everything went pretty much as expected. After all there is precious little variation in the way things are done at any Timmmies in any part of the country.
The lady behind the counter gave me a «WTF!?» look of incredulity as I tried to order an iced latte on a cold fall morning, and paying with quarters (I overheat easily). But I waved that off as probably being due to the fact that she likely mostly sees regulars at 5am and that none of them are liable to be ordering iced lattes (which are ridiculously overpriced when you consider whats in them)
