I needed spice, it’s Thanksgiving weekend and everything is closed. Figured the Beaufort would have a curry and wasn’t disappointed.
It was described as medium on the menu, I asked if they could heat it up. The waitress, rather than guessing, went and asked. Nice touch.
She said they could heat it up and I asked for them to make it as hot as they dared without wrecking the dish, which is exactly what they did. PERFECT mount of heat, still lots of flavor.
Been here twice, been impressed both times.
