I can’t really give it 5 stars since I just ate a very small meal and can’t speak much the food. That spicy soup with the biscuit though, was really delicious. From what I saw the waitress serving around me, I’d say the dishes looked pretty generous and tasty.
Now the restaurant itself is in a house which is very nicely arranged. It’s a perfect spot to get a casual meal, but at the same time bring someone special for dinner. It might be a bit hard to find it if you don’t already know the restaurant is in there though.
Service is really on the level. Waitress is polite and friendly, and I mean genuinely friendly. Not just pretending to be.
Like I said the inside of the house creates that feeling of comfort. It really makes you feel good eating in there.
I would definitely go again to try some of their meals. Then I can comment on the food quality.
In the meantime it’s still a pretty good spot in Berwick.

I love Kellock’s. Awesome service and homey atmosphere! Also the food is amazing! Home cooked, hearty meals of high end quality! Their lunch specials are worth the visit, cheapest around and the most delicious! We also love their 2 can dine for 29.99, where u get enough food for 3 people!

I had the fortunate opportunity to have a great lunch here with a work associate. A very cool older country house– style restaurant in Berwick to experience and add to the charm of the Valley feel!
An eclectic menu of home cooked food choices you know the feeling when you are in a great restaurant from the get go. Service was top notch, pleasant yet not too intrusive! We had a very good lunch!
I had the choice of the back menu of two dishes so I chose fish cakes with quiche. fish cakes were nice and light but with a lighter buttery taste but crispy on the outside! The quiche was firm yet chunky with pieces of broccoli and a great cheese coating! It was deliciously good!

The girlfriend and I stopped by here for a bit of brunch after lunch time.
It’s a beautiful older house with a bunch of rooms with tables in them. We made our way towards the back of the place and found a free table.
We were informed of the daily specials they had and had a look over of the menu.
There was some good sounding Nachos, so we opted for those and split the lunch deal which is two of their lunch items for over 8 dollars. A wrap for me, and fish cakes for her.
The nachos were good, not great. They were vegetarian and that to me means more veggies to make up for it. Not really so with this option. It was still good, plenty of salsa and sour cream to go along.
The wrap was just sort of bland. Ham and cheese sandwich basically.
The one real down fall was the fish cakes my girlfriend had. They were bland, and over cooked. On top of that they cam with nothing extra. I had to ask for some tartar sauce to try and help out with that. It was alright after that.
All in all, reasonable value, but nothing that really blew me away.

Today was the first time in a while that I have been to Kellock’s. I had forgotten how good the food tastes. Very reasonably priced. Great choices. Great service. Not going to wait so long to go back.
