Bobby C’s Dockside Restaurant

If you are driving on 401 from/​to Toronto and tired of the same fast food chains along highway, this is a great place to stop for food. Menu is traditional American, descent and reasonable. It is located on lakefront and facing to a park. You won’t believe it is just minutes away from Hwy.

Great spot to chill out on the water and feel like your in the Caribbean.

Probably one of the greatest spots in Durham region for patio season.

It’s a gorgeous patio that over looks the Darlington marina. The patio is super nice, the food is amazing, service is friendly, and the inside is great too! It’s a great summer spot!!!

Great location but crappy food and service. Been twice and left underwhelmed both times.

Bobby C’s really was a nice place to eat. The space and service were nice. Unexpected really. I stopped in for dinner after delivering a boat to Wiggers (local boat yard down the street).
I would recommend this for a casual diner looking for a friendly, easy place to go. It’s suited for both individuals looking for a seat at the bar to watch the game, group of guys who want to down a few pitchers, or families looking for an inexpensive dinner with a view of the water.
I tried the seafood pasta and it wasn’t much to write home about. If not for the fact that this really is a solid all-​around place I would have given them a «Meh. Experienced Better»… overall a mixed review but in the end I’ll go back to try the other dishes and consider changing the rating if they wow me with the specials :)
