Don’t use this plumbing company. They come in and say you need this and that – and in reality you don’t need half of
Mom is a senior and this guy from this company spent 3 hours doing basically nothing, and on the invoice he said he did all this work – bill between my mom and neighbour because they share a drain system – (apt building), came in at 400.00. When I called and compalined because my Mother is a senior and I felt that was high – considering there was nothing wrong with the drain when I left that morning – the s called «owner», disgusting woman, basically, said F***off, and pay the F*** bill, I said I want to speak to the owner, she said i am the F*** owner! just like that and hunf up. I called the next day and asked for the invoice, she said she will send to my mother, and will not speak to me, and hung up – this company should be ashamed, not that they charge a senior that much and do squat, but the owner, speaking to me like that — -i hope their business goes down the drain… don’t use them, Our Condo stopped using them as well. Go some where else – trust me
