The rooms are clean and the location is great. The staff is friendly and all considered it was a pleasent stay. Breakfast is ok. There is free parking (saw that a lot of places charge in Canada which I find wired) and there is free WiFi. What was not so good was the fact that our frig didn’t work (though they fixed it quickly), the bathroom leaked at one point (they tried to fix it but since the leak wasn’t bad we let it go). They were also late to open the water slide on one day and didn’t open it at all on another (which was the reason we came to the place to begin with).
We would probably stay again because of the cleanliness and the staff.

The hotel is okay. There is a continental breakfast. The rooms are small but clean. I didn’t get any type of free upgrade for having gold elite status at check in. The sink drain was clogged. It was cheap. Just okay.

The hotel is great, the manager Bilal
is a complete asshole. I tried to extend my stay and he first said that nothing is available. Then he magically found a suite that was a lot more expensive. Hmm how convenient. He then proceeds to tell me that if I want fine if not I’ll sell it to someone else. He said it’s sold out and he has the right to charge more money. He then showed me the door and I left. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. He needs to go back to wherever he came from. I like the Marriot brand a lot but hopefully this guy will get fired soon.

Rohit, Mgr. Trainee, was just awesome. He made us feel welcomed and special upon our arrival. There was an issue with our reservation and he was able to get us a good rate. I was very impressed by his sincere and caring responses as we were in town for a funeral. Mr. Rohit, you are not a trainee in my eyes. The hotel is obviously well managed as it looks very neat and clean. Close to the airport and about 30 minutes from Toronto. Stay away from the 407 unless you want to be gouged for toll. We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. The breakfast isn’t too bad and they do have a few treadmills.

Affordable, clean rooms, location seems a little remote, friendly reception staff, have a lounge in the lobby that serves food and drinks till 10:30 at night.
