It gets 1 star because the job was done within two days but it was discreditable. I had a re-​formatted workbook of about 600 pages that needed to be printed out and spiral bound. The representative at Golumbia printing did print it out in black and white and did spiral bind it but while doing so, he didn’t check to see if the formatting and the typed in text was in fact being preserved. When told to check the pdf again, he failed to acknowledge his mistake or to rectify the situation for that matter. I wasn’t offered a reprint or refund and now, I am at a loss of about 60 dollars and time.
If you’re looking for a cheap printing service, you’re in the perfect place because that is all it has to offer. This company lacks professionalism and common courtesy. I am never going back there again and I hope anyone who values time and money does the same.
