The only reason I went to this location is because they where the the store that had it in stock. What a crappie location. Only two employees they kept saying they where short staff to everyone that walked through the door. This location looks like a mom and pop camera store from the 70s . I will never go back there I would order on line then go back there.

went here for a course on a sunday, the teachers were extremely helpful and even went above and beyond to try and help with«personal» issues, based with each photographer and the specific camera they were using. the teacher even stayed back after the course had ended to give additional help to others in the course. my only compliant was that the teacher recommended to buy everything for your camera at Henrys, including a $ 35 lens filter. you can find this for ten bucks plus free shipping online… don’t be fooled!

Helpful staff with only a 20% «annoying because they’re on commish» factor. Their lighting and tripod sections are particularly copious. Their books and bags sections are decidedly weak. This is nowhere near the caliber of store that you’d find at, say, Downtown Camera in Toronto, but it is the best I’ve found in the Brampton area. The people are knowledgeable in the way you’d want, and have been really good on follow up when I’ve requested things not in stock, or phoned in ahead of time. As is so often the case with camera stores, many of them are self-styled photogs in their spare time, which can be great or terrible depending on how much of their personal philosophy you want to discuss. Pro-tip: if you’re buying a camera or battery from them, let them talk your ear off about the battery warranty. Extended warranties are for chumps, but they have a decent story here. And no, I won’t elaborate.
