My coworker brought some Samosas from Indian Punjabi Bazaar in to work. Once I saw that tray of Samosas I was instantly drooling. It was a tray of Potatoes and Veggies Samosas. The Samosas were a pretty decent size compared to other Samosas I have had in the past.
The Samosas had the red and green sauces on the side. The red one was a sweet, spicy and sour Tamarind Chutney which was more saucey. The green one was a Green Chutney which is more of a thick sauce with Cilantro/​Coriander, Grated Coconut, Green Chillies, Garlic, Ginger, and Lemon Juice (Kinda the same colour and consistency as KFC coleslaw). I hope to try other Samosas and foods from Indian Punjabi Bazaar. This appetizer makes me wanna go out right now and get some Butter Chicken and Nan Bread!
