Although the staff is friendly and the place is clean, elegant, and peaceful, the horrible customer service and quality of work will ensure I’ll never return to this spa. Firstly, booking an appointment was a nightmare because the phones are never answered. I scheduled an upper leg wax and the person was well trained because of how quickly she finished and was extremely honest and friendly. I also scheduled a Brazilian wax but she told me my hair was too short and it would be a waste of money to do it, I really did appreciate her honesty and am grateful for that. But after I left the spa, I noticed she missed A LOT of hair in random patches and strips on my thighs and it was just a poorly done job. Called back to see if I could come back so they could fix it, of course no one answered the phone so I left a message, which no one returned. Essentially a waste of money because I had to rewax the large patches myself. I do like the atmosphere of the spa and the staff are friendly enough but the two times I have been here the quality of their work has just been unimpressive.
