I came to Synegy for music lessons and boy was I shocked by the lack of qualifications of these teachers. Most of these piano teachers are in high school and most of them don’t play piano as their primary instrument. Make sure you interview the teacher thoroughly during the trial session before you decide whether or not you want to spend your money here.
Things to note: RCM registered does not mean RCM cerified. It takes 15 min. for a person to sign up to be in the RCM registry, while it takes up to 15 years for a person to be a RCM ARCT teacher.
