Timeless Diamond

The customer service was initially great to begin with. I did not feel pressured in anyway and didn’t feel I was being «judged» on my simple appearance. When my fiancée and I had decided to upgrade my engagement ring to custom make a halo for my centre diamond, I met with the initial sales rep and owner to discuss a design plan. They assured me that they knew what they were doing. However, it took nearly 2 whole months to complete! (9 weeks is the maximum length for any custom-​made across the board). The first time they completed it was within 2.5 weeks but they missed out on the details I specifically asked for. So, they had to start again from scratch. It was good that they didn’t charge extra. They did well on this promise. The final completion turned out very well as expected but the size was a little big on my finger. They said they measured exactly from my old setting but I also did lose weight. After being advised it is better to have a ring guard than to re-​size, I didn’t want to make the effort of going back and defending my point of view. They seem to give more advise than really listen to my needs, or else they wouldn’t have missed the details I asked for since the beginning. I would give them 3.5÷5 stars if they had half ratings as my overall satisfaction but not a 4 because I’m not a fan.
