Tranquil Moments Nails & Spa

I went there with a group of 4 girls not exactly knowing if appointments would be needed, but since we all lived nearby, we decided to check it out. The place was great indeed, appointments were requested upon arrival which is ok since we would have been able to return, but they ONLY paint your nails, meaning no acrylic nails or gel nails can be done. That’s a big let down if you really want the full nail set. For this reason, this place is not worth it for me or for my friends to pay a little bit more without being able to get a full set.

This place is a gem in Brampton. It’s not hard to find. Depending on which side you’re coming from it’s the little home (looks like) before you get to the Walmart plaza. In between queen and Williams pkwy. I make appointments so that was fine. Only 2 aestheticians. Be prepared to wait a bit. It’s clean and they open a new pack of tools for each customer– relief there for sanitization. I got a pedicure and she respected my wishes for what I didn’t want– not like some other spas that try to push services on you

I went here because of the Unilocal reviews. It did not disappoint. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere (except some banging from the people above the salon– maybe kids running around?). They had a giant TV screen in the salon but it was turned off, would have been nice to have it on– but I didn’t ask. They were sold out of two shellac colours I was interested in but I managed to find something suitable. This place was very clean and the massage chairs were amazing! I would definitely go back!
One suggestion I have (same goes for every salon I’ve ever been to) is to spend a little more time and energy on the foot massage and hand massage as I feel that’s the best part of a mani/​pedi!

The best pedicure I have ever had! Beats the high priced downtown Toronto spas by a landslide. Please enjoy this truly tranquil location and don’t judge a book by its cover– the outside of the house was under construction.

Overall great spot! Can be a bit tricky to spot from the road if you haven’t been before but it’s definitely worth the visit. Quyen is very nice. The nail spa is very clean. Its brand new, only about 1 year old. Prices are competitive and it’s not crazy busy like some places. You get a nice relaxing nail treatment. There are only 2 ladies working and they are not always available at the same time so definitely book in advance if you want a girls day or couples nail treatment. Quyen also offers a relaxing hot stone massage and waxing services (female only). Today was my first time going. I received a shellac mani and a regular pedi. Quyen did a great job and she really knows how to pay attention to detail. There are tons of shellac colours to choose from. I’m sure if you make an appointment you will not be disappointed. Extremely clean, professional — one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. very serene and quiet!

Been here a few times. A+ on all fronts.
Competitive pricing– comparable, if not better, than most walk in nail places. They only have 2 girls working there (from what I’ve seen) so I would recommend making an appointment– even within a couple hours of when you’d like to go — but I’ve seen people walk in. I always just call an hour or 2 ahead so I don’t need to wait and so the girls don’t feel rushed since there’s only 2 of them.
Quick yet thorough service (I appreciate getting in and out with a well done mani pedi and brows in less than 2 hours).
Friendly service and they know what they’re doing. Never had a mani/​pedi chip prematurely or peel from here. They’re also not pushy with services like some places.
Most importantly it is very clean– I’ve never felt like I may get an infection or my feet were soaking in someone else’s dead skin (we’ve all been to that place where you’re pretty sure there’s crap floating in the water lol).
I’ve been to many nail salons in the GTA and this one is fantastic, better service and results than even some boutique/​hotel spas.
Waxing here was also well done.

Definitely the best nail spa in canada so far !! It brand new so not too many people know about this place. It’s super clean n pretty. The owner is the only one there, tons of options on nail color including shellac.
Best part was the amount of time n care she took. 1.5 hours for mani pedi. She also does a small hot stone massage on your feet.
I found this place on Unilocal n took a chance. It’s in a little difficult to find as it is in a house but gorgeous inside.

Lovely spot to get pedicure and waxing done! Hot stone massage with pedicure was lovely. :) Place is spotless clean. Quyen is very friendly and professional. Would defintly come back!
