I’ve ordered bulk bags and packing boxes from them over the years and so have my friends for craft fairs, bake sales etc. Their customer service needs a bit of improvement, however, they offer the best deals on bulk. The agent over the phone was super helpful. Delivery was a bit $$$, however, that is Canada Post for you :(

Made my first purchase from Uline this past weekend (Nov 2013). Placed the order over the phone by calling the Toll Free Order Desk and the agent was super helpful and really informed. Their catalogue has thousands of items and it seemed the agent knew a lot about each one.
Pick up in Brampton was easy, great location, fantastic hours. The Service by all employees was amazing from Call Centre to warehouse. My order was picked and on a skid ready when I arrived. I would buy here again.

My friend juggles bean bag chairs for a living. It’s a living. Seriously. Take a long hard look at what you do every day to put food on the table and tell me it’s not silly. His trick is he doesn’t actually travel with his bean bag chairs fully loaded. He packs them empty and then buys three massive bags of packing peanuts at an office supply store in the city he performs. And when I say massive. I mean massive. Each bag is about the size of a sasquatch.
After some research on google, we found this supplier. Logistics could not be any easier. Close to some highways, in a big office park, and great hours (open until 7 pm weeknights). My friend was able to order via the phone and pay. No fuss. No muss. Pickup was a snap for me and Ms. Brooks Brothers. People were friendly. Customer pickup is around back. That was a bit confusing. Hard to see the signs in the dark.
