50 North located in the Days Inn Hotel was recommended while traveling on business in Bridgewater, NS. I inquired about Thai food and was told there was a great Korean restaurant at the Days Inn. I am glad I did not let the lack of customers and the restaurant setting temp me to not try this gem! I am only sorry that it was recommended the last day of my business travel. The Korean dishes were superb! Mrs Kim upon a request made Kimchi even though it was not on the menu and it was fantastic! The Korean shrimp dish which was recommended to get mild in temp was perfection. The shrimp dish came with 10 large perfect spiced culinary treasures! The waitress also mentioned the potatoes that Mrs. Kim made were to die for. Even though the shrimp came with rice I was given a side of the potatoes that were fried diced potatoes with a sauce that I can only compare to or similar to a donaire sauce but not as sweet. Mr. Kim also stopped by the table to see how everything was. We were also told about the many processes of making Kimchi. Eating at 50 North was worth the trip to cold, windy and rainy Bridgewater.
