Cute little bistro with a lovely patio… that’s the only saving grace of this place. The bad, well, the service wasn’t good; we didn’t get water until we asked for it and that was well after our mains had arrived despite every other table getting water as soon as they sat down. The regular menu posted at the entrance looks decent, but for lunch, you have to order from their specials board, slightly annoying but we made do. I ordered the moules and vegetables. Everything arrived and the the mussels were already out of their shells, kinda weird. After taking a bite, I realise why: there was no way in hell that these mussels were fresh. They had the consistency of saw dust, when you bit into them, they fell apart, were tasteless and grainy. I have never sent food back in my life, but this was hands down the worst thing I have ever been served in a restaurant. They were nice enough not to charge me for my meal, but honestly, the shellfish must have come from an expired can or something. Tried my table mates pizza and it was equally blah as was the starter soup. There’s tourist trap and then there is just plain awful, my experience was definitely the latter.
On another note, besides the food, the background music is really strange. It is like electronic spa music… we all remarked how strange it was and how it got to be quite annoying after only a short period.

This is a cute little place with cool looking water bottles in the center of bromont. I had the table hote for lunch time starting with a cabbage soup that came in a cool little bowl. I ordered a glass of sangria which is almost the size of most restaurants ½ pitcher… But not much fruit was included so that was a let down :(My main dish was a shrimp salad which had cold Matane shrimp along with a skewer of medium sized grilled shrimp. The dressing on the salad was basically just oil and citrus flavour from what I could tell… If the salad dressing had more punch to it the salad would have been fantastic rather than just average. I had a mini molten lava chocolate cake for dessert which was extremely decadent and yummy but was obviously made before hand and microwaved. All in all an average little restaurant with not too bad prices… Good if you are looking to try a new place :)
