The theme of my visits in Bromont are, «I’m sorry I don’t speak French.» This place is no exception. They were very kind to my ignorant ass and politely told me the wait for fresh-made sushi would be 40 minutes and offered that I select from the pre-made stuff in the cold case. It was the usual mix of California rolls paired with salmon nigiri. Also both wakame and ika salads were present. For $ 12.95 Canadian, I chose the aforementioned combo containing 9 – 10 pieces. It was as fresh as can be expected in a mountainous climate. Overall not bad; they have bottles of sake and Canadian champagne(molson.) Drink enough of either and you’d swear you were at Nobu.

Always tons of pre-made boxes available even after peek lunch hour. Lots of friendly staff that make individual orders look just like they do in the pictures. Very fresh tasting yummy sushi :)
