I had to use a notary for buying a condo in Brossard. We were on a tight schedule, so I had to take his words on how it could be done in time.
I asked Michel Aubertin if the purchase could be done at a specific time if he had the money, he replied yes. He got the money in time, after extra cost on me. Then he said that he had made a mistake, it couldnt be done. Sorry. No money back. I take it his word means nothing?
