Bad customer service. I submitted an order online for a bouquet of flowers for delivery the following day. After getting the confirmation email, I thought everything was in place, and the flowers would be delivered on time. However, later that day, I was told that what I had paid would not be able to get the bouquet as advertised on their website. The lady I spoke to said their prices on the website had not been adjusted for the weak Canadian dollar. As a result, if I still wanted the bouquet, I would have to pay 20% more.
Ultimately, I ended up cancelling my order. No apology was made. I rarely leave any reviews, especially negative ones since it can really hurt a business, but I was very disappointed to find out that I was mislead.
