Clean Facilities… A little pricey compared to the units i rent in Toronto. Even after showing I had a insurance policy covering my contents they started adding additional insurance charges to my preauthorized payments without my knowledge or consent. Still trying to get reimbursed 6 months later! Managers do not return calls either
