Bathrooms 2 Go

Our neighbour had used their services and we liked what we saw so we called and made an appointment to go to their showroom. We went ahead and picked out all the materials and made an appointment for them to come to our house and take measurements and make design suggestions. They failed to turn up to the first meeting and we had to call to ask where they were. We rescheduled to the following week. I called the day before to make sure we were on for the appointment and was told yes. 30 minutes before the appointment, I received a call asking for our address again as they could not find it. A few minutes after that I received another call saying they would not be coming as our house was too far away from their office. However, our former neighbours had used them and were using them again… and they live further east than we do! How does that make any sense? After arguing with them, they said they would come out in 2 weeks when they were in the area at our former neighbour’s house. Totally unacceptable. I should not be chasing them for their business. Although their website states their service area extends across the GTA, it clearly does not. We should have been told when I called initially that Etobicoke was too far (although again, they are working at my former neighbour’s house which is further from their office than our current house). We had already recommended them to a few friends but I can assure you that they won’t be getting any business from anyone we know.
