The owner asked me to call her 1 week after my review was published. She made excuses after excuses «Joti said she didn’t do this, she didn’t do that» etc. Not owning up to their mistakes. And then she asked me to remove my review because it would be bad for their business.
The owner also told me she would improve training to her staff to ensure experience like mine would not happen again and invited me to go back to the salon.
I have no intention of going back. I do hope that they will learn from my review and provide better service for other customers.

I came here yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded… She did an ok job tidying them up: I have no complaints in terms of my eyebrows. I said «okay, I’ll get my upper lip waxed as well please». She placed boiling hot wax on my upper lip and waxed the same area 4 times… As a result she ripped off the skin on my upper lip in 3 places. I am in HORRIBLE pain. When I confronted her about this, she said that I should have told her that I couldn’t be waxed in the same spot more than once!!! She blamed ME for her terrible job… No no NO!!! You don’t do that to anyone period… One wax per spot. I would have accepted an apology but that was extremely embarrassing and now I get to walk around with pieces of skin missing from my upper lip. I am never going back, not even for eye brow threading. These people need to take accountability for their terrible work. Shame on you.
