I purchased my bike at Brant Cycle after hearing about it from friends and family, after reading reviews online I was a bit hesitant to go as most were negative however given that everyone I knew personally recommended them I gave them a chance.
Upon walking in I was helped quickly and was allowed to test out one of the bikes I had wanted, after discussing my needs the sales person agreed that it was usable for my needs as a commuter to work as well as a paved bike trail cruiser.
After getting it home I used it for the first several days without issue however somewhere along the way the bike developed issues with shifting, I rode with it and as time went on it slowly deteriorated until it was unable to shift up or down every few attempts. I brought my bike in and asked for a Warranty Check, I was asked how long I had the bike for and told them 10 days, after explaining my issue an older gentleman told one of the younger guys to go into the back and fix my bike and to forget about the warranty check nonsense as it was to soon to do that.
Within minutes my bike had been fixed without prior notice of me showing up and at no cost to myself, I was impressed with the service and ended up talking to one of the guys who works there who helped my find a helmet that I liked even though I went through several colors and models.
Overall I would highly recommend this store, the bad reviews seem to be very few and far between with everyone I know personally recommending Brant Cycle for bike related needs.

Help is limited. Never order the right parts. Might as well fixs your own bike if u want it done right the first time

Fabulous experience here — I would recommend it to anyone.
Rode in on my (admittedly pathetic) bike looking to see if I could find something a little more comfortable and usable than my current ruster. Gary helped me out and showed me some bikes that I tried out, he chose some ones that I thought were perfect for my needs, but after some further discussions he recommended that I not buy one now but wait until they have their big February sale: D
I bought a new comfy seat for my ruster (the painful seat being my biggest complaint) which they installed immediately and for free.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff — great prices — I’ll be back.
