Odd experience just now. I bought an old Nikon FE (just to have a film camera around) and a roll of film. The lady in charge (?) was nice enough, and I thought the gentleman serving me was OK, until the end when, after I paid, he just walked away and started talking to another client.
No thank you, no goodbye: nothing. I even turned around and said something like «eh… goodbye?», but zero reaction.
Another client looked at me in apparent astonishment, and we both shrugged.
I will not be going back there. Which since I am a working full time pro is probably theor loss.

Hit and miss. I’ve received ok service here but at other times not so good. One time an older guy (I think he was the owner) snapped at me because my print order was not organized. He had a point but the way he sent the message was not comfortable. I tend to go to Henrys and Bell Arte now as a result.

Venerable old institution in Burlington. Incredible selection, fair prices. Ya you may find things a few bucks cheaper at Wally World or Best Buy but you won’t find the level of service and knowledge this store has always provided.
