A complete rip off. I took my Samsung Galaxy S4 in to be repaired — the screen was broken after I dropped it. They charged me $ 250, including taxes.
Approximately 6 months later, I was changing out the battery on the phone and the screen cracked and nothing would display. Note: I didn’t drop the phone or hit it against anything. I took it back to them and they told me that their repair warranty was only 90 days and I would have to pay to get the phone fixed again.
I weighed my options and did some calling and asking arounda and decided to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. Even without opening the phone, the repair person lifted the screen off with his fingernail! Apparently compumobile hadn’t attached the screen properly, causing it to lift up in one corner and this was why it broke. The guy then opened my phone and noted 1. That my Samsung manufacturer’s warranty sticker was missing; 2. That there was a screw missing in the camera housing; and 3. That the metal plate which secures the charging port inside the phone was also missing.
When I told them where I got the phone repaired before, they told me they have received a lot of customers who had to bring their phones in after compumobile had botched their phone repair or used after market parts.
Lesson learned. I will never use Compumobile again!

I just took both of my iPhone 5’s to CompuMobile to repair the on/​off button on one and the charge port on the other. Originally I had taken them to Apple where the tech said my phone would need to be replaced at $ 250 since I did not have Apple Care and the other would need a new charge cord. I tried the new charge cord and at first it worked, but after a few weeks the phone once again would not recognize the device. Luckily we heard from someone that CompuMobile fixed phones with issues like ours. So we went in and spoke with a gentleman named Alex. He did an excellent job on fixing our phones and did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with phone problems, as they took care of ours in under an hour. Also, I had contacted other places and their prices were really good.
