Crystal Nails Spa

I went in before Christmas of last year for a pedicure and had a horrible experience. I arrived and was rudely greeted by the girl at the desk who told me to pick a colour (which there was barely any of) and to have a seat next to the sink where my pedicure would be taking place. While playing on her phone she asked me to put in my feet in the water but apparently had not bother to check the temperature of the water which was extremely hot and scalded my feet leaving them red and raw. I Unilocaled in pain, removed my feet from the water and explained that the water was much to hot and that my feet were in pain and very red. The girl proceeded to explain that the water temperature was not hot and that she wasn’t responsible. I picked my my boots and explained that I could not continue with my service if I was going to be rudely treated, she replied that she didn’t care and I left immediately. I would NEVER go to this establishment again or recommend it to anyone!!!

Went to this salon about two weeks ago and would NEVER go back. The man doing my nails was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. My total ended up coming to WAY more then I expected which was also very annoying. Over all would never recommend this salon to anyone, do not go here!

Went to this location the other and was not happy with the service. Would never go back. They don’t have half the colours and can’t do designs like the other location. Also, they’re very rude. Didn’t even try to have a conversation with me. The owner and other girl working in there only spoke to the other customer and ignored me.
And it took 2 hours to remove my uv gel nails and add a new set. No way it should ever take that long. They blamed it on me saying i couldn’t make up my mind on what color i wanted. Which was not true. They just couldn’t do what i wanted. Not happy with the colour and had to get them redone today. Rude and service is horrible.

Hi!!! I was there today waiting until they open and when that happen they said they don’t have any spot for me, the place was empty but the said they had already 2 appointments. So I will recommend everybody make an appointment first in order to save your time.
Because I really need my mani and pedicure I just cross the street and do it in Venus Nails Spa was good. She don’t has a Unilocal but it’s good!
