This place is now closed. I stopped by today and was told that Edem has closed. Their phone number is also disconnected. I am a big wing fan and wanted to try this place. I was disappointed.

Well, I have to share this place, and I wish I didn’t have to. This place is the best kept secret in Burlington!!! Wings are the size of rooster wings… sauces are creative and delicious. TRUSTME, this is the place to be if your feeling like wings. 2 for 1 wings on Tuesdays, plus craft beer speacials… Enjoy!

A newly discovered wing joint/sports bar in the area, tried it out on a whim. It also happened to be Tuesday night, aka 2-for-1 wing night. An all around success in my books. A good beer menu, I’ll never pass on a full pint of Boneshaker for $ 7. Or two of them. The wing sauce options are many, and we had 4 pounds, with 4 different sauces. Butter chicken, smoking gun, ceasar’s wedding and carribean honeymoon. Check the menu for exact ingredients, but each was well executed.(Quick note that I’ve eaten my fair share of wings, in my day, my personal record being 52 in one sitting, so I do have some background in this area.) Not too saucy, ample meat on each wing. All in all, a surprisingly good experience for a heretofore unknown restaurant mere minutes from my house. Would recommend anyone in the area giving this place a shot, a welcome change from your typical chain like Turtle Jacks, Shoeless Joes and the like. Service was good and the Leafs were playing on no less than 5 TVs. A solid Tuesday night in my books.
