I emailed them the day before my appointment to see about getting a piercing and they responded as soon as they opened the next day. (Very accommodating!) The young lady on front line was so helpful and kind and Elsa was so great at understanding my needs and requests. At the last minute I asked if they had room for one more appointment and they had absolutely no problem fitting it in.
Thank you again ladies for your time, professionalism and understanding. Once this piercing heals, I’ll be sure to come back for more!
