Ran into trouble with our fridge — it wasn’t cold anymore. Called for an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when it was indicated that someone could come by the same day! Was given a time of noon, and sure enough shortly after noon the bell rang.
Service personnel was friendly and after listening to the symptoms I described and looking at the unit recommended a control board replacement. Our fridge is 9 years old yet he had the part — brand new in box — in his van. Installed, programmed and cool followed shortly after :)
Price was good and fair for a same day house call and part!
Will definitely choose Fast Eddie gain in the future as the service, price and time window for appointment was great.
Won’t choose big name other repair service as no one wants to wait all day for a 8 – 5 window…
