I have been here a few times for mani/pedis and for eyebrow waxing. All the girls working here are very nice, and there is always someone greeting you as you walk in the doors no matter how busy they are. They always do a great job on my mani/pedis. However I find that they often rush through your appointment, whether you were a walk in customer or had booked your appointment in advance. I have also had my eyebrows waxed here three times, and will not go back for this service. Twice the wax was so hot it ended up pulling the skin off my eyelids. Even after I mentioned it to the girl, she said it wasn’t too hot, it was ok. Burn me once, shame on you; burn me twice, shame on me.

This is by far the best nail salon in Burlington. I have been going to Vivian for many years and she is incredible. Highly recommend T & P nails.

I went here for a pedicure and acylic nails in September. They rushed my pedicure and the water was cold so it wasn’t relaxing but my toe nails looked nice enough. The girl doing my acrylic nails claimed they were only uneven because my fingers were crooked. When I went to pay, I discovered that she had given me gel nails without asking and charged me for an «upgrade» I never requested. When I complained she started telling me why it was superior. Interesting sales tactic, I guess. I paid, tipped, and left. For some stupid reason I went back two weeks ago. This time I went with my sister for a Shellac French manicure. First, the girl filed my nails crooked. By the time she evened them out, my nails were down to the nail bed. At that point I probably should have opted for a colour but she insisted it was fine for French. It wasn’t. It seriously looked like a 12 year old’s first attempt at doing a French manicure. I asked her to remove it and she complained that it wasn’t her fault that my nail beds are so short and ugly. Thanks? So I choose a colour and she puts it on my shitty itty bitty kid length nails, leaving an annoying distance where my nails meet my cuticles. That way a fresh manicure looks like I got it done 2 weeks ago. She put on multiple layers which makes it more prone to chipping. That is exactly what happened. Nails chipped within a week. My sister had a similar experience with her nails. Over filing and not close enough to the cuticles. Except her polish is still intact. Not going there. I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

I absolutely love this place! The only nail salon that I trust to do my nails, I’ve been coming here since they opened about 7 years ago! The owner Vivian is a sweetheart and makes sure you leave happy! She also amazes me that after all this time she still remembers who I am and my name! They have great prices, and they do an amazing job for the price. Like any other salon if you want anything extra done there is a charge. Which is reasonable! Strongly recommend this nail salon!

Got a give certificate for my birthday. Was my first and definitely my last time here. Left with a bleeding toe and sore feet. Stay away!!!
