House rules do not apply to all patrons equally. Special patrons get special consideration. This same small group of special patrons seem to do all the winning of the larger prize amounts on a remarkably prolonged and consistent basis. Attendance is way down and the prize amounts have been reduced to save the hall over 1 million dollars a year. Policies can change on an hourly basis if needed to suit the house and exceptions are always made for friends family and special patrons. Go to Oakville or hit a casino as you have a better chance of actually winning something.
