Good service. Good prices. Dropped off my computer on a Thursday afternoon, got it back the following Thursday. Had to have Windows installed on computer… Didn’t think this was a huge job and did’t think it should have taken so long. Overall was Ok, Nice people, they aren’t after all your money and they are very willing to help and share their knowledge. They’re good at explaining things (I’m not good with computers).

A very good place to shop for computer parts & accessories. You also get a smartphone charging cable for checking in!

There comes a time in all computer nerds/​geeks life when a prebuilt computer just no longer works for you!
If you have hit that point this is the place for you to go! You go on their website and can build a computer from the ground up or just take a basic setup and add and change to your heart’s content. If you want a water cooled gamers dream system or just want a computer to surf the net they can make it for you. You can get a computer with LED’s and cool flashy cases or just plain black or white cases it really is your choice. You can even buy all kinds of peripherals here as well like keyboards, mice, webcams and cables.
With a computer you will order it in person or online and then when it has been built and tested they will contact you so you can pick it up. This usually takes 2 weeks but is well worth the wait as it will be an amazing machine that you had your hand in designing!

This place is solid for service and reasonable for pricing. Warren did a good job with repairing my laptop and for any upgrade parts, ie. harddrives, ram, wireless cards, the pricing has been fair. What I like about this place the most is that it’s a Richmond computer store in North Burnaby. I can just walk here to get my gear repaired or upgraded

Not sure how I got by for a couple years buying computer stuff at a certain un-​named other computer retailer.
I’ve bought all my computer related stuff here for the last 3 – 4 years. They will help you build a system that will work for your needs, and work to provide alternatives if what is part of a recommended system doesn’t work.
They handled a manufacturer recall of my recent motherboard very well, calling me up and servicing the replacement free, and having my machine available for pickup the next business day.
