The beautiful arrangement was delivered as promised and I received both an email confirmation of the order as well as delivery. Thanks for making this an easy process. I also love the option for a bouquet vs. a vase — it’s the first time I’ve ever been offered that option.

To say that we were pleased with our wedding floral arrangements would be an understatement! We were thrilled with the way the ceremony and reception arrangements came out, Kathy Hanson and her team listened to every detail about how we wanted earthy yet elegant and soft pastels colours and some beautiful textured elements. As the bride I felt a lot of pressure planning one of the most memorable and wonderful days of my life but one thing that I didn’t stress about was the flowers, I felt so at ease when I visited the shop for a consult and once I left I just knew that Kathy understood what I was looking for and I could rest knowing that the prices were reasonable and I didn’t need to worry about another outrageous expense. The flowers at our wedding were easily one of my favourite elements of the whole day, they were fresh, beautiful and throughout the whole day I kept smelling the beautiful aromas which made our special day, that much more special. I have been buying my flowers at Adele Ray florists for 2 years now. I started when my good friend was in hospice in Vancouver. Some of my friends last months was with a flower arrangement. Then I started having Cathy delivering flowers for my daughter in laws. They love all their arrangements!!! Again, this Mothers Day Cathy went out of her way for my daughter in laws. The flier arrangements and the longevity of flowers, to the outstanding service is why I will phone and continue to order!!!
