Pearls were too mushy and clumped together, drink was way too sweet. Their Richmond location is much better.

This bubble tea place is part of sorta of a food court at SFU campus, where there is Japanese, vegetarian, Subs bar etc. And for me bubble tea works both ways as a stand alone meal (light lunch), or a meal sealer especially after spicy ones.
And as any good bubble tea in its best, refreshing and soothing. I also like the colors bubble tea adds to my day with their limitless choices and flavors.
Tip. If you don’t like your bubbles tea too sweet, just state that to the server.
