I like Chop N Toss when I’m feeling for a healthy lunch. I always get the rice box and my favorite is the savory beef box. If brown rice isn’t your thing, and you want more protein, ask them to replace it with quinoa — it costs the same! But make sure to ask them to heat the quinoa or else you might be getting a cold lunch :| I’m not a huge fan of their wraps, so I’d recommend just to stick with the rice boxes.

I am all about eating healthy and was in the area looking for a healthy option to eat. I am all about the juices, however, was unimpressed with the blends and they weren’t really cooperative or willing to make any substitutions for me at least without any over done persuasion. The price point was high as with most health inspired places, however, it doesn’t hurt to put at least a little salt, pepper and mild spices in salad and chicken. Spices are still 0 calories so why so flat on flavor? My body was happy, taste buds and patience not so much. I should’ve just went to the grocery store and made my own salad with my pantry of spices.

I would have given them a 5 star but when I asked the guy what was in the kale juice he told me the ingredients. Then I said I can’t have orange juice and honey and I asked him if he has something without those two ingredients. He replied that it would be bitter, I said I want it that way. I like it that way, and so he continued to sell me on the benefits of the kale juice. I asked him again and mentioned no orange juice I can’t have it. I asked again what was inside and he said kale spinach and honey. No orange juice I asked again and he said no. So I bought it. I should have told him orange juice will kill me. It has orange juice. Other than that their food is excellent. But these people really don’t know about dietary issues. So only 3 stars instead of 5 sorry guys. I had to go back to inform them of my challenge. Just so they know for future customers

Horrible first time experience. Never again. Opted for the Guacamole Chop Green with spicy chicken. Like the other reviewer stated it was BLAND. The chicken was not spicy at all. The salad was a mashed mess of romaine and bits of onion and tomato that tasted bitter. With it being called Guacamole Chop Green you’d expect, I don’t know, maybe guacamole in the salad? No. There was a watery kind of mess that was certainly not balsamic anything. A few corn kernels scattered about and about 6 chicken pieces. $ 10 for that? No way! I ate the chicken pieces because they were more-or-less edible and I was starving. At least it was protein. But the salad was completely inedible and ended up in the garbage. What a waste. Next time I’m going to McDonald’s.

Amazing healthy food cheap and affordable and the portion of the food is enough to feed me and my wife. The staff that works there are friendly even though they’ve been chopping the customers food non stop and still manage to smile. My 1st choice when I eat at metrotown food court.

Yikes! I have not given 1 star in ages but the only positive thing about this place is the customer sevice. The girls working were fast and friendly. Now the food on the other hand was so bland. I ordered one of their official salad offers(Guacamole Chop Green) and it was an absolute dissapointment. So bland! I was given a choice between regular chicken or spicy and I chose spicy. This was far from spicy. It was a joke. I could have fed it to my 5 year old niece. It was ridiculous. The entire salad was BLAND. It supposidly had balsamic vinegar dressing, which is usually flavourful but you couldn’t even taste it! As well there were barely any tortilla chips… literally 2 crumbled on top. The worst part was the PRICE. It was a $ 9 dollar salad. Did I mention it was very small. You are better off going to McDonald’s where they are cheaper, bigger and taste better. Do not waste your money on this place. What they need to do is open up a Pax in Vancouver. That’s a proper salad franchise!
