I am giving this place 2 stars even though I really shouldn’t. When I got to pre-​check out my engagement ring 6 years ago (now with an ex), the sales lady was helpful. It was a Swarovski ring. I owned a few Swarovski pieces prior and have had COA’s with a warranty from Swarovski direct, something that this store didn’t offer. I didn’t pay for the ring, the ex did. It was also a unique design of Swarovski I hadn’t seen before. One of the crystals in the setting fell out ’cause it was loosely set. They didn’t bother assisting us. Thankfully the relationship ended before we could get the ring fixed, a blessing in disguise. I haven’t been to this store since.

I hate this store.
I haven’t gone back in a long while after the super craptacular service I got from this one girl who worked there.
Yes, I know you’re young and you may think ‘you’re the shit’ for working with Swarovski crystals, but get real, whether you’re selling a book or a diamond to someone, people realize what good customer service is.
I was looking for 2 items, a pendant and the matching earring that I had seen online. I asked her about it, she just said «oh, I guess its not here». Then walked away. UHH. I didn’t say I was done asking you and do you not check your stock drawers or offer to call another store?
I left the store and then checked Oakridge the following weekend & their computers showed that Metro HAD the stock. So now I was pissed off. I was told it was not available, cause the bitch got lazy and now I have to waddle back there and give them my sale? There was no other store that had it (I even offered to go downtown), so I went back.
It’s not a store with decent service unless their bosses are potentially breathing down their back.
