This is my fav pizza place, love friendly, happy people that work there and a great tasting pizza, don’t forget to ask for a garlic sauce on your slice Sooo good. I’ve been going to this place for years. Been to other locations but didn’t had the same experience, they are ok but not as good

Cheap pizza… all I can say is that you get what you pay for … Would I go back… no I believe you get what you pay for and I would rather pay for quality. Great for people on a budget… thank god my budget days are long behind me. Me n Eds is my favorite pizza :) yum yum

It’s an okay place to pick up some quick bite to eat, the customer service is okay but the only problem is that there’s just simply not enough seatings, which is a bummer. Can’t really blame them for that I suppose but there’s been a lot of times I want to come here but often times I would find that there’s no place for me to sit down because the seats at the few tables they have there or the stools had already been taken. :(otherwise, if you’re keen on having pizza to go then this place is a decent place to visit.

This has to be the worst pizza place I have ever order pizza from, the worst customer service I have ever received. This place is poorly managed and they don’t care much about they customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. I had placed 2 orders for 2 separate dates in advance for pizza work work functions. I was told they would be ready on the dates and by the times I had requested. The first order I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. The staff had no idea that I had an order a pizza in advance and it wasn’t ready for pick up. I told them I had emailed in my order showed my email them, and showed the email where the staff had even responded and said it was schedule and I would be ready at that time for pick up. Not having a pizza to pick up. Called the store to ask to Speak to the manager, they apologize and said it would be ready in 20 minutes and that they where really really sorry, and that it was a very busy day. I said that’s okay and I understand. I went back to pick up the pizzas and they weren’t ready. I was told another 20 minutes. So 40 minutes later the pizza was in the oven cooking. Had to wait 50 minutes after all that. Wasn’t even compensated for the mishap or the long wait. About a month later it was time for the 2nd order I had place in advance. I called spoke to the manager and wanted to make sure everything was planned as scheduled. I let him know i would like a pizza for this date and this time and had also explain what happened last time. He said it was because I didn’t pre pay, I explain to him I asked if you wanted me to in my email and no one ever for back to me. He also told me he had no order for the date I was talking about. And that I never sent him an email, he asked if I could resent it and come in to pre-pay. I went in to pre-pay for the pizza spoke with the manager and showed him the email because he said he never got it but he got the first one which seemed odd to me because the first email had both dates written in it and the response back said«we have written down the dates and the times you have requested for pick up». So the date to go and pick up the pizzas come and we call the store to ask if the pizzas are ready they the lady on the phone says«yes, your orders are ready» so I go and pick up the pizza and she said they aren’t ready it will be about a half our and they will call me when it ready and I can come back and pick it up. I explain I just called and was told they are ready, and explain how I would like something free then like another pizza, or pop or bread sticks as I was told they are ready and they said yea for sure we will give you something and she apologized. So I head back to work I call back an hour later and say hey I order 2 pizzas and was told a half hour and they would call I haven’t gotten a call yet just wanted to know it they are going to be ready soon they are getting packed up we will deliver them to you. About half hour goes by and still nothing. So I call back and say it been about an hour now and nothing, She tells me yes your pizzas just let. A half hour later the pizzas are delivered. And the delivery person say we gave you an extra pizza for the long wait so sorry and off she went. We open the pizzas they are cold and the free pizza was just 2 free slices of pizza. So the next day I call because i didn’t want my frustration to get the best of me. And she says sorry that the best she could do and hung up. Wow what terrible service this place is a joke.

Came by for some pizza goodness. Parking is available in the Metropolis parking lot. Even though the location is relatively new, the interior was quite dirty. Not sure if some hobos had just messed up the place or what. There were food bits all over the tables and floor. The great thing about this location is that it’s located conveniently below the SilverCity cinemas. While this itself is already a perk, the place truly shines on(Cheap) Tuesdays, when both the cinema and this place have their discount. One can catch a discount movie, followed by $ 1.25 pizza. If this isn’t beautiful, I don’t know what is.

Just when you’re sick and tired of being on campus working on some insane project(yes, BCIT is not a walk in the park), I slump my way across the floor of Metrotown only to notice the food court is too far away… So I slouch onto an escalator next to McDonald’s… only to find my salvation. My beloved pesto on cheesy goodness?! YESPLEASE??? Garlic Chicken?! Stop teasing me! Of course, there are the traditional favors, but I believe they made a mark on the map for just these two flavors. The 1:1 ratio of bread to cheese serves as the perfect platform for the fresh flavors to stand out uninhibited. Now, excuse me while I go take all of my favorite slices from under the warmer.(It’s a total steal at $ 12/box) :D

If you want to spend the least amount of money on food before or after hitting the movie theatres, this is your best bet. You’re looking to spend at least 6 times more if you decide to buy something offered upstairs in Silvercity Metropolis. Fresh Slice is quick, cheap and fills you up. Try to choose the pizza that looks the freshest as there may be some that are sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Keep in mind that you cannot bring food up to the movie theatres as well. McDonald’s and Tim Hortons is downstairs and the prices are reasonable as well if you don’t feel like Pizza.

YUM. + Cheap Pizza + Tasty pizza. Seattle isn’t great for pizza, and IMO this was better than the most popular pizza chain in Seattle. + Late hours, making it a nice place to grab some eats after hanging out at CHQ.

After watching the horrible 3D movie called Avatar, I decided to eat some pizza. I realized that Death by Chocolate closed down and a new pizza restaurant popped up. I entered the new pizza place called Fresh Slice Pizza which sells pizza by the slice. I’m not a big fan of pizza by the slice places because they tend to be dirty, and the pieces are too small, and they’re not very tasty. These so called pizzas by the slices restaurants I’ve eaten was scarier than eating at Mrs Vanelli’s pizza at the food court. I ordered a cheesy chicken pizza and a tomato veggie type pizza. Each piece was less than 2 dollars and the size is equivalent to a medium size pizza if you order by takeout. After taking the first bite, the pizzas were hot which was a plus! The cheesy chicken pizza was very hot because it was out from the oven when I arrived. Both slices had a generous amount of cheese and there were generous amounts of chicken. The crust was on the thin side for both slices and they tasted a bit moist for my liking, but I really enjoyed having really good tasting pizzas. There aren’t a lot of seats at this pizza place, so it’s better to wait until you see empty seats before you order if you want to eat inside the restaurant. There is no delivery and it is only pickup. I don’t know why people rave about Nat’s New York Pizzeria in Kitsilano because I prefer this place over Nat’s because the pizza taste better, it’s more affordable, slices are larger, and they serve pizza with metal plates just like Nat’s. This place is a winner and with so many places to eat inside of Metrotown, they really have to make a good product to have customers returning for the pizzas. Just like what the names says, the pizzas look and taste fresh, they’re actually hot and tasty too! Just don’t expect to find seats when you’re at this location.
