I bought a truck through this dealer and he has been amazing through the whole process.
Michael specializes in bringing in commercial trucks from the US. He personally flew down and grabbed the truck I wanted and had the federal and provincial inspections done by the next day.
He also works closely with Carter GM to provide leasing. I had my lease finalized by the second day in time for me to fulfill a job I had that night.
There were also a couple of issues I had with the front rotors as well as the balancing of the front tires. He has his own shop in North Vancouver (Maplewood Automotive) and took care of both concerns at no extra charge with a smile on his face.
I have found Michael to be very professional, quick to respond, up front, honest and very accommodating to my needs. As a new small business owner relationships are very important. I would highly recommend his services and will be sure to see him first when I expand my fleet!
