I would like to thank Terry for his patience, expertise and advice. Clearly, this is a locksmith who knows his trade and who cares about his customers.

Note: this business is the same as «Mr. Locksmith» I started out not being a fan, but then Terry whipped his customer service into high gear and fixed the problem at our house. The initial lock install by one of Terry’s associates was not up to par, but within 24 hours of my complaint Terry had come by and made it right. I’m a small biz person too so I know sometimes mistakes are made. No use playing the blame game. Just getter fixed. These guys know how to do it.

We needed to change the locks on our office, and this guy came right away, within two hours of our call. He and an assistant finished the three locks very quickly.
He took our credit card number on his smartphone, and emailed us an invoice right away. No pain.
I guess this guy owns a franchise. They have so many websites (not just Unilocal pages) so I’m not sure where to review.
The business card he gave me says «Mr. Locksmith /​555 W Hastings St», but that Harbour Centre seems to be their retail outlet, and the other addresses are where the mobile locksmiths work out of.
