This isn’t the regular clinic I go to. I came here only because I needed to see a female physician and my go to clinic recommended this place and I’m glad I went! I called and spoke with Mindy a couple of days ago and she’s very friendly and nice. She set me up to see Dr. Ticea. I had to wait in the waiting room about 15 minutes longer then my set appointment but I didn’t mind. They take walk ins but I recommend that you make an appointment. Several people came in while I was waiting without appointments and they were told it would take bout an hour or an hour and a half before they would be seen. Dr. Ticea was very nice, gentle and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and she was very accommodating to the questions I had. I highly recommend her if you need a woman physician. There is plenty of parking and a Shoppers Drug Mart is you need to have a prescription filled.

Best walk in I’ve ever gone to. I was able to put my name on a wait list and just call to see when my appointment was. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Doctors were nice, I was only in for a prescription refill so I didn’t get a chance to really see how thorough they were. I’d definitely recommend this clinic

Had to come here unfortunately two weekends ago because I had a major runny nose and a fever of 38 for 3 days straight. The wait wasn’t too awful but both Rick and I were fighting the virus(we don’t know which one of us gave it to the other) but we were both pretty miserable. They have a water cooler out, but no cups lol. Not sure if this was a one off or if they hide it on purpose. The receptionist is nice, she’s not extremely friendly but I imagine she deals with a lot of sub-par people(given the area) so I don’t blame her. I saw an older Asian doctor, he was thorough about asking me questions regarding my job, how much contact I have with other people, what my symptoms were. He told me I had a sinus infection and it was just a virus. I can’t stand when doctors at clinics are so eager to hand out prescriptions — I try not to take tylenol/Ibuprofen unless I actually need it(like when i have a fever, not just a headache or mild pain). When I get coughs my lungs get all messed up and I get mild asthma so in the past my family has prescribed an inhaler for me. When I went to see him during the week he told me the doctor at the clinic knew what he was talking about(viral not bacterial). The hours at this location are pretty good too, free parking in this huge plaza, and a Shopper Drug Mart a few doors down so it’s convenient if you do need to fill prescriptions quickly!

I have no complaints about the doctor we saw, however I still feel the need to leave a 1 star review due to the service of the staff here. My wife went in for a routine visit, and was told that she did not have medical coverage, which she most certainly does. We were advised that we could pay $ 75 now, and that they would submit a claim for a refund, which would take approximately 2 – 4 weeks. No problem, we know she’s covered, so it shouldn’t be an issue. After 2 weeks, I called to inquire, and was told to call back the following week, which I did. Again, we were told the claim had not yet been complete, and to call back the following week. 2 weeks later I call, and am advised that the claim is complete, but that I need to speak with a manager, who will issue the refund. I speak with the manager the next day, who tells me the claim was denied by MSP. I call MSP, who advises me that my spouse is 100% covered, and a simple phone call from the clinic could verify this. I call the clinic back, and am absolutely berated by the receptionist Mindy, who is essentially telling me that I’m stupid for thinking my wife is covered. I advise her to simply call MSP, get an agent on the phone, and verify the coverage — to which she refuses. I speak with her manager again, and ask her to do the same — the manager advises me that she’s on her lunch break so she will call ‘sometime’, but that even if it’s covered, it will take an additional 4 weeks to get a refund. At this point, we are 7 weeks from the original appointment. After speaking with MSP, again, they suggest I submit the claim directly to them and never visit this clinic again. I agree. Never going here again.

I went in today with a rather distressing situation. They got me in very fast to see the female doctor there. I missed her name but, she took everything very seriously and listened and examined me thoroughly. I now have an urgent referral to a specialist. I feel very satisfied with the service. She could have been patronizing(I was crying from worry) and instead she was very kind and calming. My only issue was I never got her name. You do need to avoid busy times there though otherwise the waits can be up to 2 hrs. But, at the same time they do tell you so you can go for a coffee or whatever. I waited about 20 mins at about 11:30 am.

54⁄100 Ok, it seems I have just enjoyed a rare experience. It was a Saturday morning, 11am, it was a beautiful day, gorgeous. Feels like summer. Me on the other hand, I have something bothering me it cannot wait untll I see my new GP on Thursday I have to go today, Saturday. So I head over. There is one person in the room. I am shocked«Oh it was quite busy this morning» the receptionist informs me. Great. It seems I have walked in at the perfect time. I ask if I have time to go to the grocery store before the doctor comes. She says yes. I head out to find a sandwich and return to eat and wait outside for the Doctor. I go in to wash my hands and she says«great, follow me to the room». I sit down and within 5 minutes the doctor Comes in,. I know they are busy, but I always greet them respectfully(Hello, Doctor) and then I cut right to the point, he asks a few questions, then he writes the prescription and actually says«Take this, you’ll feel better in the morning». What was it about this doctor that I like? He was calm, polite, came across as patient. He was young, tall and attractive, that probably did not hurt. Soooo, in conclusion if Dr. Einchorst is available — GO! He was great. Of course, by the time I came out the room seemed to be filling again, but wow. What a painless experience after my negative adventure at Station Square Walk-In. p.s I have included their current rate chart. Please note the price if you are not covered by Canadian Health Care.

I have been coming here almost my whole life, Dr. Frame is my family Doctor and I absolutely recommend this clinic. The administrative problems are horrendous but the Dr’s here are great! They take the right amount of time with each patient(which is why they can run behind!) but they really care here. I wish the waiting room was bigger since this place is often packed, and it would be nice if the front desk trolls took some anti-depressants. If your taking time off from work to go here, take double the time you think you need!
