I had to order flowers for a funeral, two different arrangements, one a spray and the other a nice arrangement. The funeral was for my boss’ father so it was very important that the flowers were what she wanted and delivered on time. Having had bad experiences in the past with ordering and delivery to Canada, I was a little anxious about the flowers as this was an important event. I was initially referred to a different place by the funeral home but after 5 different attempts to order the flowers and being told to call back later, I was running out of time so I called the funeral home again and asked if there was someone, anyone different they could refer me to place the order. They referred me to Petal Pushers and Thank God they did! I called on Friday (the service being on Monday in Burnaby where this shop is located) after checking out their web-​site, my boss couldn’t find anything specific she liked and wanted a custom made spray with white roses, lilies and orchids. Joanne, who is the owner/​operator, said she was out of white roses but she thought she could probably get them Sunday morning from her wholesaler and get them she did. Joanne went out of her way to help me, she was so accommodating, even with the fact it was a last minute order, it was not a problem. She was friendly and made me feel confident I could count on her to handle the order and have it delivered on time. Her prices were reasonable and she even sent me an e-​mail just to let me know she was able to get the white roses my boss requested and that the order was delivered to the funeral home at 8:30 am Monday, the day of the service. I would highly recommend Petal Pushers to anyone and Thank You Joanne for your exceptional service and great attitude!
