This is more about the Canada Post inside. This is not the first time I went there to send off my Student Loan documents with this particular Canada Post. The first few times I brushed the lack of experience of the clerks because I thought sending off Student Loan Agreements isn’t something that happens all the time. Canada Post Clerks failed to verify everything was filled out on my student loan agreement. Now I have to fax it in and wait another 5 – 10 business days to get my loans and get a fee deferral extension for the second portion of my loans. I know I’m partially at fault, for not double checking, however I feel like it should be their responsibility as well to double check everything is filled out instead of checking for just my ID and SIN stamping everything and sending it off. Another thing they fail to do is give me my receipt for sending off the loans. As per Canada Post, every student loan documents being sent off I must get a receipt with it. This is rather getting annoying for me, the clerks should be aware of what they’re doing I don’t have to tell them to do their job. A customer should not have to tell their employee on how to do their job.

I’ve walked in here once ’cause I was in the hood. It sold stuff for my flu. It is just like any other location, nothing stands out to make me go WOW but it serves it’s purpose for the hood. The girl at the til looked bored and was slightly rude.

I’m more of a Shoppers Drug mart fan, but since the Shoppers in this neighborhood downsized into a pharmacy in Burnaby Heights, I find myself coming here more often. Bernice, the pharmacist is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Post Office is here. And they have some crazy sales sometimes on Kraft dinner, Campbell’s Soup, Hawkins Cheezies and Que Pasa tortilla chips. Most times, I’ll come here before going to Safeway for items!

solid 3.5, one of the newer ones in a heritage-like building. corner location, lots of parking. one nice thing about pharmasave’s is that it’s not overly huge so easy to find things.

If you buy fingernail products or cosmetics be sure to ask for the punch card they keep at their cash register. When I went may 8⁄11 the dude was more concerned about closing than mentioning it(or give me the $ 2 off the two products). You HAVE to watch what they charge when they ring you up.
