Solid 3.5 stars, maybe even a 4 but considering I haven’t bought anything yet, I’m pretty impressed with their return policy. Get this:
*3 month exchange policy, even if it’s worn, even if there’s a few scratches!
*1 year warranty on defects, etc.
will ask for Alex again, very friendly and helpful.
Nice store too, think this is the only SH with a fully-​enclosed glass store.

I received my cheque from ICBC and decided after putting some of the money towards my student loan I would buy myself a designer pair of sunglasses. Well wouldn’t you know I was lucky enough to walk in when they were having a buy one get one ½ off!!! So I splurged what can I say! Sunglasses, purses and shoes. Three things that will always fit. Oh, and jewellery! Lower level by the bus loop although I believe the mall has two locations. And the great part is they register your purchase so if you lose or damage your designer sunglasses you can replace them at just half the original cost! I love it! I hope it never comes to that but I love it! I already had a black pair so I went with Ivory and tortoise.
