clean attractive place and staff! that’s why I would go. however in contrast their«customer service» would be equivalent to a dumpster! I showed up for a relaxing tan and all the top bulbs were dim, barely lit and not warm. my skin was actually freezing due the overhead fan. it took me half the time to realize this as figured would warm up… took my glasses off and could see the bulbs were all very dim like the top of bed wasn’t operating. I attempted to explain to the front desk girl. as expected, I received nothing but condescending comments, confrontation and«we’ll keep an eye on it» response. after basically telling her I’ve been here several times, I know it should be brighter, warmer. only face tan was working. etc. I had to BEG her to go in to test the bulbs. sure enough they were on. 100% brighter than when I was in there. I admitted, def not like that when i was in there… after more confrontation she says i have no proof they didn’t work. I said i know. i came for a nice relaxing tan. this is the service i expected. and DIDNT’t get. so I asked for my money back or a free tan next time. she said no, the owner doens’t like us to do that. I said you try sluff me off, your confrontational, make me argue for 10 mins with you and your telling me you can’t give away something that costs, what a buck or so!!! for someone you’ve made so upset. She didn’t want to make the situation better, only worse… So i asked for owners phone #, and she could only give out an email address. that could be for any employee!!! So as an owner you want to be anonymous??? what does that tell you about how much your business means to you? obviously this is only a front for non-customer service girls to ring in $$ and wipe beds down! Any manager or owner that wants a successful business would have a business phone #, be visible to guests and welcome comments not only to retain customers but to grow them. I recommend
