Td Bank Financial Group

This location can be really slow. I second the sentiment of there being many young, untrained front line tellers. I say that with chagrin as I used to be a teller, but they don’t seem to spread out the veterans and the newbies.

This is the worst bank
Every time I go to the TD bank at middlegate there is a huge line and only 2 tellers open
Meanwhile I see the workers just sitting there
Most people that work there are young and seems very inexperienced
I hear tellers basically telling their life story to everyone while the lines gets longer

Terrible. All thanks to the East Indian lady that was working there. The other staff are nice, but she was just terrible.
at a different branch, I was offered to update my visa to 1^st class. I was told it should be in the mail in 3 – 5 business days. Today I happened to drop by, since it was near by I wanted to inquire about it.
Lady asked me if I «signed up» for it. I said no, I was offered to update to 1^st class. She didn’t believe me. I told her, it should have been mailed to me, and I’m wondering why, she said it will take up to 10 business days. I told her, one of the other teanants told me it should be mailed to me. The bank Teanant was unsure what she was talking about. The part that makes me upset is she didn’t believe a word I said, on top of that, not only she didn’t know what she was talking about she acted like she was not wrong. Epic fail.
I will stay away from this location if possible. epic fail. I can’t believe this is how TD treats its customers. People like her needs to be removed, to help TD’s impression look better. It’s useless hiring people like her, who don’t enjoy their work.
It felt like she didn’t want to help at all.
