The Rolling Dough Pizza

This is my go to pizza joint! It’s so close to home! They have the best 7.99 lunch combo! It includes a personal pizza and a pasta salad! They make the best pizza dough and crust! Crisp and crunchy every time! The owners are very nice! Smiles all around! :)

First off, the staffs (middle aged Korean couple) were all pretty friendly. They greeted everyone who walked in the door. They seem all pretty hard-​working and were on task while we were waiting for our order.
We had take out Pesto Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. The crust was definitely thin, and crispy. Some of us thought that the crust was a little too hard at the edges, and not quite greasy enough. While the sauces (especially the teriyaki sauce) were flavorful, we found the pizzas lacked cheese. The amount of toppings (vegetables and sauce) were plentiful. Unfortunately, the olives were a tad too salty for our taste. Other than that, it was quite good!
Each large pizza cost around 20 – 21 dollars. On Mondays and Tuesdays, they have 3 varieties for around 16 dollars. The prices are adequate, especially the prices for the mini pizzas (around $ 6.50 per individually sized pizza). They offer gluten free pizza (only 10 inches though) for $ 17. I was told it was made of manioc flour.
The restaurant itself was clean and organized. There are seats for groups at the front.
There are signs indicating that the cheese are all locally made and they use the freshest ingredients. I wish they would elaborate and indicate the food sources. I also wish they had a whole wheat or an organic toppings option.
If we’re feeling like eating higher end pizza again, we would definitely stop by again!

I love their light and thin, yet tasty crust. It’s what they advertise and it hits the mark.
On opening day, my family happened to be around and we stopped in. The five of us sampled 7 personal size pizzas. The kids loved the hawaiin. My fave was the vegetarian (there were two kids I believe including an artichoke one) and the BBQ chicken.
Two big thumbs up.
