This location in particular seems to always have a huge line up whenever I come. Peak hours for sure a wait. Came here on a Sunday late afternoon around 4pm and still a long line. There’s only two tills but doesn’t always have someone behind it, even though I see about 5 staff members working. Not sure how they have it running but sometimes the one taking the order will be making the coffee as well. This location is quite dirty, probably due to the high volume of traffic. Coffee lids and napkins everywhere on the floor. I ordered a soup to have in and the spoon wasn’t clean, still had dried up food residue on it. Should have said I was having it to go. Used to come here to study late at night when there’s nowhere else open, but I can study in loud places. But the drinks and soups are fairly consistent with other Tim Hortons.

Not sure how a Tim Horton’s get such low ratings when the food is consistent and so are the prices. I came here to get some Tim Bits for a culinary project and was too lazy to make my cake balls from scratch for a small amount needed. The customer service was awesome and friendly. I needed just plain non flavored balls and at the time they only had 3, however, the lady at the til was able to pull 6 more that happened to be in the back = awesome.

Over the years the donuts get smaller and the filling gets more and more sparse… bring back chocolate filled donuts and make them with quality filling.

Has anybody else been here later at night, when nobody is in line, and they watch you come in, stand at the register, but then they just continue to clean the donught rack or just clean anything? I find this happen to me often. I’m not sure what it is about working at Tim Hortons that does this to employees, consistently there is a 50% chance your order is not correct. I expect more from a Canadian franchise that has built itself so big. They need to invest some money into training their workforce.

This place is always hectic in the morning. People are choosing this more affordable way as opposed to Starbucks. However, the staff is always nice and I always enjoy what I get from here. Jalapeño cheese bagels are super yummy!

one of the older, classic ones, been here for what looks like a decade. It’s in an ‘up and coming neighbourhood’, not the glamourous metrotown area, a bit towards Middlegate. An odd shape, when you enter in, it’s like a rectangular box. just 2 cashiers, washrooms on the left, easy access. Quiet place to work/study in the evenings. good 20 car spot lot, plus entrance from alley too. sucks that you can’t make a left if you’re heading east on kingsway b/c of the island.

Love Tims, but this location has no drive thru and the layout of this location is bad… I expect the long line ups at Tims but with two doors in front of the cashier people always get confuse where the line ends.(might sounds confusing) to sum it up the layout of this location is just bad! Also parking is always full BUT still love TIMS
