The staff at Trinity are exceptional! They go above and beyond to make your experience very enjoyable. I love the new Men’s Invati collection from Aveda. It smells great and doesn’t feel greasy on the scalp. I already notice a difference after 4 weeks!

Unfortunately, as much as I like the waxing lady, the other services I have received have been sub-​par. For one, the front of house is cluttered and not relaxing. There was also nothing to read, no pillow to sit on and the TV was playing the same Aveda commercial over and over again on a loop. The price for a pedicure with regular polish was $ 55 + tax which did not include a massage chair either. The pedicure was not expertly executed with dead skin and rough edges still hanging about after polish. The poor woman next to me was paired with a very green, under –educated estetition that could barely figure out the difference between the alcohol and acetone. I would love if they would hire people with experience as the one time I got my hair lightened there, it was such a disaster the lady let me leave without paying. She had no idea how to mix bleach and could barely apply it to my pixie length hair. I actually ended up having to shave my head because of it. I’m not exaggerating here. Please Trinity — up your game.

I Get my haircut, toes done, and eyebrows waxed as needed. Always professional and I’m always happy with the results. I’ve had a few facial treatments, rooms are small but still get the relax atmosphere. Only thing that makes it a 4 is the prices, I wish they were a little less.
I’ll continue to come and get pampered!

Came in for a massage with my sister, we got there 10 minutes early and were greeted by a lady in the middle of a manicure. Our appointment was almost 20 mins late which was very frustrating and did not add to the relaxation at all. I think the girls tried their best but for some reason I felt the whole experience was not worth the money. The room itself was very small and did not have that spa-​like feel to it.
I wouldn’t go back for a massage.

This review is essentially for just ONE member of the team, as I was only serviced by the one girl. I’d hate to name names here, so I won’t. But, it’s certainly something to think about:
The team of girls were very nice and bubbly. My friend made it a point that I was particular about nails, so I could see my manicurist paying close attention to the application. She tried her best, but it still wasn’t quite right.
Mistake #1: she used so many strokes that it became bumpy after curing. The polish may also have been a bit old because it still felt sticky after curing.
Mistake #2: she was digging and digging for the last few drops of gel polish left in the bottle. I didn’t see that there was enough to cover my nails adequately. I quietly suggested that she should open a new bottle, «Down to the bottom of the bottle, are we?». She laughed, «Yeah, looks like it!», while continuing to scrape around the neck of the bottle for left-​over polish. Needless to say, the brush was pretty dry while she was doing her 10-​strokes-​per-​second application.
Mistake #3: she neglected the tips of my nails. I had to ask that she do a swipe around the outer tip of my nails. She didn’t even do them all. Just the ones I pointed out that were obviously lacking in coverage.
Mistake #4: she left a glob of polish at the tip of one of my fingernails. I did not hesitate to point it out. How did she not notice that?
I gave up counting mistakes after a while and settled for whatever it was. I had already taken up more time than the rest of my group, so I didn’t want to make too big a fuss by continuing to nitpick.
At the end of it all, my nails did not look like they had just been polished with gel. It did not shine like a gel manicure should; and it certainly did not feel like a gel manicure. I was hesitant in digging through my purse, as they so confidently suggested we do, for I could still feel the stickiness.
Day 4 of wear and several little pieces of polish has chipped off my nails. The whites at the tips of my nails are all showing. I have not been doing anything particularly harsh with my fingers. As a matter of fact, I’ve been quite careful with them as I realize that it was a less-​than-​impressive gel manicure.
The salon itself was quite neat and well-​maintained. It’s a fairly small space, but they manage to fit a few people in at once for manicures. They are not cheaper than other salons — $ 40 for a gel application. I didn’t have the heart to express my grievances; however, I will politely decline a second appointment.

Came in for a waxing. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, although I felt like every chance there was for an upsell, another product was suggested. Had a Brazilian wax and upper leg wax. I’ve had them lots before, usually taking just under and hour — it took an hour and a half here, with lots of hair in weird places left behind. As well, she didn’t wax the ‘back’, if you know what I mean, which was a surprise.
I spent almost $ 200 here, and felt like I still needed to pay another $ 50 to get what I’d come in for.

Went there for a brow wax. The next day there was four cuts on my eye lid from torn skin.
Went back to complain and cancel my next appt and they told me to put some cream on it.

I had a full body massage by Ranio. She was unbelievable! She looks petite but is also very strong. She got right in there and gave me the pressure I am left craving after so many other massages. I felt amazing during and even better after. A patch of eczema –unshakeable by so many other efforts– completely disappeared afterwards. I haven’t yet tried out anything or anyone else here; I was so happy I’m rebooking an exact repeat! Free parking in the parkade behind the studio.

I come here usually for waxings, hair and nails. The employees all seem very happy and helpful, and are quite knowledgable. I’m so happy I found this place as it’s on my way home.
